Too Much Ground Beef/Turkey in my Freezer

Last week I took advantage of the fabulous deals Price Chopper had with the Butterball Ground Turkey and the $2/1 pkg (3-5 lbs.) of Ground Beef. I ended up buying 4 packages of ground turkey and 2 packages of ground beef. 

I wanted to try something different that I knew Abbey would eat so I put together this simple recipe for a Fiesta Pasta Skillet. I am sure there are many variations on this recipe, some include taco seasoning, flour tortillas, etc. This was just something I concocted while laying in bed last night. I can't wait for Abbey to try it tonight! :-)
