Amazing Bruschetta
This is a recipe I make often for parties and get togethers and everyone always asks me for the recipe. It is very simple to make and always a hit with anyone who tries it.

- 8 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 loaf French bread, toasted and sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Combine the 3 tablespoons olive oil and 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- Brush one side of each French Bread slice with the olive oil and garlic salt mixture. Set in the oven to toast for 5 or 6 minutes
- In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices.
